Tattoo Sticker Creative Design Contest Rules

1. Eligibility:

• It’s completely free to participate, no fees.
• No age limit(Participants under 18 years of age must obtain parental or legal guardian consent to participate.)
• The Contest is open internationally and excludes any jurisdiction where prohibited by law.

2. Contest Theme:

• Contestants are invited to submit original designs for tattoo stickers.
• Designs can be in any style, theme, or subject matter, but must be suitable for application as a tattoo sticker.

3. Submission Guidelines:

• Each contestant may submit up to 3 designs.
• Designs must be original and created by the contestant.
• Designs must be submitted in digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF) with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
• Submissions must include a title and brief description of the design.

4. Submission Deadline:

• The submission period for the Contest begins on 2024-02-01 and ends on 2024-03-15.
• Late submissions will not be accepted.

5. Judging Criteria:

• 1.User voting results:
  • User voting results will be used as the main basis for review.
  • The number of votes a design receives will directly affect the final selection results.
• 2. Creativity and originality:
  • The creativity and originality of a design will influence users’ willingness to vote for it.
  • Participants are encouraged to break through tradition and show their personalized design style.
• 3.Design applicability and translatability:
  • Whether the design is suitable for use as a tattoo patch and whether it has the potential to be turned into an actual product.
  • Whether the user can easily convert the design into an actual tattoo patch applied to the skin.
• 4.Visual appeal and artistic value:
  • The visual appeal and artistic value of a design play an important role in users’ voting intentions.
  • Whether the design can attract the user’s attention and make a lasting impression.
• 5.Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
• Notice:
  • User voting results will play an important role in the final selection, but the jury will also consider other factors to ensure the objectivity and fairness of the selection results.
  • All contestants shall abide by the event rules and shall not take any illegal behavior to affect the user voting results.

6. Intellectual Property Rights:

• By submitting a design to the Contest, contestants grant InkTotem a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the design for promotional purposes related to the Contest.
• Contestants retain ownership of their designs.

7. Prizes:

• Prizes will be awarded to the top 20 designs as determined by the judges.
  • 1 first prize, 1 second prizes, 2 third prizes, 16 excellence awards.
  • The prizes are:
  • First Prize—-$1,000 cash
  • Second Prize—-$400 cash
  • Third Prize—-$100 cash
  • Award of Excellence—$20 coupons and agency promotion commission.

8. Winner Notification:

• Winners will be notified via email within 5 days of the end of the submission period.
• Winners must respond to the notification email within 3 days to claim their prize.

9. Disqualification:

• Contestants found to have violated any of the Contest rules or submitted plagiarized or copyrighted designs will be disqualified.

10. General Conditions:

• InkTotem reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
• By participating in the Contest, contestants agree to abide by these rules and all decisions made by InkTotem.
